Look What I did Today

A made a little baby quilt for a special friend today... I love the colors but after I made it I realize it isn't very "baby".  Tell me what you think, even if it is "wow, that's, uh... interesting!" :)

Lake Powell Blast

We had such a fun time at Lake Powell this week!
Lily did great on the ski training sled. She's definitely ready for real water skis next time!

Tommy did awesome on the wake surf.

The kids had a blast on the tubes.

Lily even caught a fish with Micah!

Shauna got awarded the best bikini prize...

And Lily let Grandpa Tom pull out her snaggle tooth!  She even got a visit from the Tooth Fairy at Lake Powell!

The kids had fun with their cousins!

And Lily liked sleeping on top with the big kids!

And we had lots of fun, even if some of it was "forced". ;)

 

 

 We all ended up having a great time.

Even Tom, who seemed to have all odds against him this trip.  He even got a broken rear-view mirror during our all out water war from a water balloon.  Glad it hit his mirror instead of his head!

Cheerleading & Fourth of July

In June, Lily took a cheer leading class at a local rec center. She had some fun and learned some fun cheers. I'm not sure if she is really all that coordinated, but she definitely has spirit. We are trying to find the right niche for her.

On the Fourth of July we had some friends over for a bbq and pool party.  It was nice to have so many enjoying our pool with us and just having a good time.  Then, as it was getting dark we started watching our neighbors doing their fireworks and we did a few fireworks together.  It was a fun night.  It was nice to do it at our own house because Caleb just slept through the whole thing! ;)
