Happy Saturday Halloween!

 Lily got to have a Halloween party at school on Friday but they were supposed to bring their costume instead of wearing it... so this is how Lily went to school yesterday.  :)  I had to do her cat makeup before she left, right? :D  She was soo cute!

Here are Lily and Isaac on Friday after school, playing puppy and kitty together.

Then today we did a "Trunk or Treat" at our church. The kids had a blast going car to car, Isaac really got the hang of it. He was happy to see everyone had candy for him! What a day in the eyes of a toddler. I like how Tommy totally agreed to be a mummy in my quickly put together trunk decorations out of toilet paper. He was roaring at kids and passing out candy with style. :) I'm a proud wife.

Visit from Grandma

Tommy had a business trip this week so we were lucky enough to have his mom come up to help me for a couple days. Lily had a fun time making halloween cookies and Isaac got to go to the pumpkin patch (even though it was sooo windy)!

Tonight Tommy got back from his trip and just in time. They had a Kindergarten Father/Student Pumpkin Carving Contest at Lily's school. They did a great job.

And here is a picture of Caleb. Four weeks old today. He is so cute.

Family Resemblance

Lily sometimes reminds me of my little sister Kimberly, probably partly because I have many fun memories with my little sister around this same age Lily is right now.  I found this picture of Kimberly with my brother Nick and her face just totally reminds me of Lily. Nick always had this goofy smile too.  So I was looking back at his pictures and found some as a baby, he looks a lot like Caleb... with a little more hair of course.  I wonder what Caleb will look like when he grows up?

Caleb had a fun photo shoot this week!  I'm so happy with the photos I've seen so far and can't wait to see more.  He was so cute and slept pretty well most of the time.  It was fun to try to keep his hands and feet where the photographer wanted them.  I only had to wash four or five blankets afterward too! :)  Anyone looking for a great photographer in the area at an affordable price should check out Ali Smith! :D

A Week Old

 We had a fun fabulous week with Grandma Tessie this week!  Thank you soo much for coming and spending so much time with your grandkids.  They sure love their Grandma Tessie!

More photos and Day 4...

My dad and sister came up for the weekend, probably jealous that my mom got to be here with out them. ;-)  It was great to have them. We had a nice relaxing weekend together... we even got in a little snooze here and there.

Caleb had a dr. appointment today to check his weight.  He is back up to 8 lbs. and measured 21 inches long.  He's a big boy and eating very well.  He is also great at making messy diapers... I counted 11 last night.  Can you even imagine?  Yeah, it was a long night.  Here's to night number 4!
