Go FIREBALLS! (This is Lily's best friend Perry.)
Lily had her first soccer game today. Tommy and I are coaching the team and I think it went really well. We had a fun little practice before the game, running and jumping and a little ball control. The kids on the team are great. Lily and Perry had a hard time with scoring but they both did really well with running around the little field. Lily was a great cheerleader too. We don't keep score but Lily was sad she didn't make any goals. Tommy tried to cheer her up by telling her she did some great "assists". Hopefully next game she will be able to make a goal. Lots of fun!
At the end of the game, Lily initiated this little huddle. She wanted to do the cheer we had practiced before hand. Goo Fireballs!

Baby Amber watched this video with rapt attention! :) She's been such a good kicker (in- & outside the womb) that we keep asking her if she's going to play soccer like her daddy did in grade school. ;)
