Here is one of Lily's homework pages. You have to click on it to see it larger. Tommy thought this was blog worthy...
In the bottom right corner it says, "What about pink and gray?" He thought that was pretty smart and funny of her to notice, and take note, that there was no pink or gray on the page to practice and color. That's our little Lily, very perceptive. :D
Today Tommy and I met with Lily's kindergarten teacher for our first ever Parent-Teacher Conference! She got a great report, no surprise to us but happy and proud to hear it. Her teacher is going to give us some reading packets to work on with her at home and she is going to work on more advance math with her at school. She also said Lily is dramatic and sensitive at times, yes, and always a good helper.
A couple days ago I chopped off some of Lily's hair because it was just getting too painful, for her and for me, to brush every day. We both love the new short look!
Here is my little one-month old!
